Closed rhinoplasty is a type of surgery in which skin of the nose is not cut and technically the same maneuvers as open rhinoplasty are performed. In this type of surgery,bones are broken when necessary and cartilage is placed at the tip of the nose.Although post – operative bruising,edema and swelling vary according to the patient’s structure, they are the same as open surgery.During this surgery, which is known for the absence of an incision in the Middle skin of the nose, which we call collimella,there may be suture marks on the Wing parts of the tip if it is necessary to reduce the wing.Therefore,it is not a correct approach to say that there will be %100 no suture marks on the tip of the nose
